Please join us on May 24th for an intimate burlesque experience featuring a series of literary-inspired roving acts and an exclusive Rhubarb/Darkside menu of themed beverages and appetizers. Our cast of performers are inspired by an array of genres and stories, and will be serving sultry, sassy, satirical, and everything in between. What better way to bring your favorite books to life than with some tantalizing tassel twirls, a swoon worthy glove tease, and perhaps a feather fan or two?
It is bound to be a night for the books!
Please note the following:
This is an 18+ event and it will entail partial nudity. Clutch those pearls.
Tipping performers is highly encouraged! We will also be offering a tip-based “burlesque jukebox” menu to encourage audience members to request improvised performances to their favorite bookish songs.
